The customer can cancel or modify their dates free of charge, unless the reservation takes place within 7 days of the reservation date (emergency case).

30% of the total amount is kept:
15% for VLC
15% for the owner
The remaining 70% is reimbursed.

Less than 7 days before arrival until D -Day
The customer has a maximum of 48 hours to request a change.
No refund is authorized, except in cases of force majeure validated with proof.

No refund will be granted outside the deadlines specified above.
